Sponsored Program Operations Electronic Business System
The Sponsored Program Operations (SPO) office is now utilizing the Statewide Jaggaer system called Bengal Buy for Buffalo State University. We currently are using Bengal Buy for purchase orders and direct payment. All other forms we are now using updated PDF or Excel forms. Check back periodically for updated forms.
Adobe Acrobat DC is available to download from Buffalo State -- to download, you must open a ticket to request access and select Adobe Acrobat DC from the drop-down list.
Log into the RF Business System
Use the RF Business system links below to access the following applications: ECC, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, RF Report Center PI Dashboard.
- Employee Compensation Compliance (ECC) - used to certify an individual's effort, both paid and unpaid, on a federally funded project.
- Employee Self-Service - easy access to your RF payslips, tax forms, timecard, benefits, and other employee related information.
- RF Report Center PI Dashboard - allows the PI, Co-PI, and designated administrative personnel to view award expenditure information quickly and easily and provides both summary and detailed financial information on an award. It provides information related to account balances and sponsor payments, details vendor encumbrances and payments, indicates which checks have been reconciled. The PI Dashboard also provides data related to personnel activity, listing individuals who are being paid and their status on the award. Award balances and other information will be representative of data in the Oracle Business system as of the previous day. When delegating view-only access to your awards in the RF Business System, complete the RF User Access Form and submit to Lisa Gatti.
