The Research Foundation for SUNY have been approved by DHHS for fiscal years 2019 and 2020. The rates become effective July 1 in conjunction with the beginning of the fiscal year. The approved fringe benefit rates must be used in all applications that request salary support.
The Oracle business system was updated this past weekend to reflect these updated rates. The NYS rate applied to our IFR process has also been updated with the FY 2019 rates.
